A rich legacy of building thriving institutions
Ramsons, a family-owned horticultural business, was established in the late 1890s by M Ramaiah in Bengaluru, focusing on agriculture, floriculture, and a plant nursery. For 132 years, we’ve believed in providing the best to our customers working in tune with nature and sustainability.
Trendsquares is a real estate firm prominent in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Bengaluru. The company excels in crafting top-tier real estate projects that exceed customer expectations. M Somashekar, an industry stalwart, boasts over four decades of experience in horticulture, extending his expertise into agriculture, floriculture, and plant nurseries. A fervent advocate for nature, the environment, and sustainability, he’s driven by a desire to construct everlasting brands. Hailing from the esteemed Ramaiah family, Somashekar’s rich legacy and passion continue to inspire and shape the industry’s landscape.
R Rajasekhar Reddy
Director
Rajasekhar Reddy, an adept real estate developer, brings over three decades of invaluable experience to the table. As the founder of Trendsquares, he’s catapulted it to become one of the premier developers in South India. Guided by a philosophy of thinking differently, RajShekhar is committed to crafting enhanced experiences for homeowners. His vision pivots around creating benchmark projects that epitomize quality. A stickler for deadlines, Rajasekhar fervently believes in maintaining timelines and adhering to rigorous parameters.
Vivek Nair
Vivek, a Member of the Institution of Engineers has 25 years of work experience spread across retail services, shopping centre consulting , workplace solutions and development advisory bringing to the table a required well rounded expertise.Specific to retail centres he specialises in the areas of – development planning, activity configuration, retail design, merchandising and Leasing.
Vivek has always been passionate about delivering strategic solutions to retailers, corporates, developers and landlords.
Karthik Shekar

Karthik is driven by a philosophy of never settling for mediocrity and continuously learning. His vision revolves around brand building and delivering exceptional products to customers. Proud of his shift from horticulture to real estate, Karthik’s expertise lies in attention to detail and consistent follow-ups. His educational background is enriched with knowledge in Plant Tissue culture and commercial floristry.
Kaushik Shekar

Kaushik believes in keeping an open mind, encouraging feedback, and ensuring a healthy work-life balance for the team. His vision for RamsonsTrendsquares is to be approachable, dynamic, and take a measured approach to each project. Celebrating a successful career progression with several promotions and accolades, Kaushik’s skills span from offering a fresh perspective to adept risk management. He boasts a double major in Marketing and HR.
Sudhanva K S
Director

Starting a business right after graduating is a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit. Sudhanva’s professional arsenal includes entrepreneurship, financial expertise, and extensive networking. He holds a B. Com and an MBA with a specialization in Finance & Marketing.
Vikram Prabhakar

Naveen Purushotham
Naveen operates with a guiding principle: Integrity and a passion to build a high-energy team. Looking ahead at RamsonsTrendsquares, Naveen enjoys being part of this highly motivated team to bring out the best in every project. A highlight from his career is securing financial closure for more than 15 projects. Armed with skills in real estate, particularly in property identification, Naveen has an academic foundation in Business Administration & a Post Graduate Diploma.
